A bit about myself
I’m a young and curious developer, I began computer science on the small family computer, then with Internet help and finally doing a master degree at Ensimag. After short periods within Bull and Thales Avionics, I worked as software engineer at VMware, an American software company that provides cloud and virtualization software and services.
During three years I worked with and within the Android framework to port, integrate and customize a distribution on a mobile hypervisor. From high level user experience problems to Linux kernel modifications I worked across the Android system, in Java, C or C++ environments. I had the opportunity to learn a lot from my colleagues and the environment, it was really exciting.
Then I spent five years as the first employee of a local start-up. I contributed to the development of the first company product to bring seamless wireless projection to meeting rooms. The product was based on the Android Open Source Project (AOSP), I’ve been in charge of the projection protocol development, integration and optimization on the platform.
Now I’m working as a software engineer at Google, in the Chrome OS team. I enjoy learning in my job, then transmitting.
I also taught to master degree students leading them during a one month project at Ensimag. The project consisted in developing a simple x86 kernel with multi tasking, processes, interruptions/exceptions management, virtual memory and a user space, it’s my way to transmit what I learned. More information on projects page.
On personal side, I like to work a bit on my small projects, read, take pictures, and play piano. Sometime I enjoy the mountains around my city by climbing or skiing on winter.
